Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park is a public park offering gathering spaces and recreational opportunities. The park hosts many fun events and activities throughout the year and has become the heart of downtown Highlands.
Providing and managing greenspace is part of our mission and we are proud of our leadership role in the creation of the park.
