HCLT’s Stewardship Team stewards and manages all HCLT properties, both those owned in fee and those protected privately through conservation easements.

This responsibility is held into perpetuity.

Each year our Stew Crew visits and monitors every individual property, using GPS, drone, and satellite imagery to document conditions and ensure long-term protection of conservation values.
